Dual-PneumaticAtomizing Heads - all brass and stainless steel construction eliminates rust and corrosion. Available in capacities of 6, 8, 10, 12, or 15 pounds of water per hour. Total number required is dependent upon the calculated demand load of area to be humidified. Select from three types.

Control Sections can be electric, pneumatic, explosion-proof electric, or explosion-proof pneumatic, Each set of 1/2-in. Controls has maximum capacity of 240 lb.. water per hour; each set of 3/4-inch controls has maximum capacity of 500 lb. water per hour.

An air pressure switch is used to prevent water flow without proper air pressure. Primary air and water regulators are included to minimize pressure fluctuations.

Control and Safety Humidistats - are normally furnished with elements to meet range of 0-70% RH +/- 2%. For closer control of RH and in all high level applications (80% or above), an electronic humidistat is available with range 1.6-98% RH+/-1.5%. Proportional control with a 30:1 turndown ratio is also available.

Hygrometer - supplied to indicate relative humidity of the area to be humidified.

AIR CONSUMPTION
12 cfm Free air per 100 pounds of water atomized per hour plus 20% safety factor. For sizing an air compressor, calculate 1 HP per 4 cfm of free air delivery.

AIR PRESSURE
30 PSI minimum at heads; 60 PSI supplied to the air control Section.

WATER PRESSURE
32 PSI minimum at heads; 50 PSI supplied to the water control section.

ELECTRICAL
All 115/1/60. Explosion Proof controls available on special orders.
(24 VAC Option is also available).

EFFICIENCY
Consumes equivalent of 1,165 BTU/hr./l00 lbs. water.
