The 100% stainless steel Herricane CS Series is designed to precisely meter steam from either a central boiler or a humidifier for years of maintenance-free operation. Our proven metered nozzle design extends into the steam manifold, allowing the driest steam to discharge evenly across the entire length of the manifold for even distribution. With the conditions provided for the application, the Herricane CS Series will post a specific evaporative distance, heat gain and static pressure gain with no more guesswork.

Herrmidifier has built in the kind of reliability that eliminates a two-fold servicing nightmare: the limited accessibility of an in-duct humidification installation not only makes servicing difficult, it often hides the fact that service is required at all until it's too late.

PROVEN NOZZLE DESIGN
Herrmidifier was one of the first to utilize a nozzle which extended into the steam manifold. This innovative metered nozzle design allows the driest steam to discharge evenly across the entire length of the manifold - a feature critical to the success of any humidification installation. Test have proven that without precision-metered nozzles and accurately designed manifolds, distribution will be uneven, with as much as 50% differential in humidity from side to side in the air handler/duct. If the wrong side is chosen for control location, severe wetting of the air handler/duct may occur.
